The house

A suit should not cost a month of rent, and it should not look like it did not.

What we do

We buy suits in volume, hold the stock ourselves and sell them direct. There is no showroom, no concession inside a department store, and no name on the label anybody is paying extra for.

That is the entire reason the price reads the way it does. We would rather say it plainly than invent a story about cloth.

What the price buys

  • A full suit — jacket and trousers, and the waistcoat on a three piece.
  • Colours most shops will not stock, because most shops cannot afford to be wrong about them.
  • Stock on a shelf, so it ships the next working day rather than in four weeks.
  • Thirty days to change your mind.

What it does not

It does not buy a garment cut to your body. It does not buy hand finishing. And it does not buy a suit that fits perfectly out of the box, because no suit at any price does that.

Spend forty dollars at a tailor on the sleeves and the hem, and this will read as a suit that cost several times more. That is the deal, and we would rather you knew it before you ordered than after.
