If it is about an order, put the order number in the subject line. It saves a round trip and gets you an answer the same day rather than the next.
What we can answer quickly
- Which size to take, if you tell us your chest measurement and your height.
- Where an order is, if you give us the number.
- Whether something can be returned, and how.
- What a piece actually looks like in daylight, if the photograph is not enough.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Pacific. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday.
There is no phone line. One person reads the inbox, and a written answer with your order number attached beats a call neither of us can refer back to.
