Returns
Thirty days, unworn, tags on. If it does not fit or you simply do not want it, send it back.
The rule
- Thirty days from the day it arrives.
- Unworn, with the tags still attached.
- Not altered. Once a tailor has cut it, it is yours — that is true everywhere, and it is why we say to try it on before booking one.
How to start one
Write to clients@vittorioblanc.com with your order number. We reply with a return label within one working day.
Returns are free from the United States. From elsewhere, return postage is yours — we will tell you the cost before you send it.
Exchanges
There is no exchange process, and that is deliberate. Send the first one back and order the size you want — it reaches you faster than an exchange would, because the new one ships the moment you order rather than when the old one lands here.
When the money comes back
We refund to the original card within two working days of the parcel reaching us. Your bank then takes its own time, usually three to five days more.
You get an email when we issue it. If that email has not arrived a week after the tracking says delivered, write to us.
